Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Credits and Purchases

Rubduck operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and used to access AI-powered interview practice sessions. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error on our end
  • Payment was deducted but credits were not added to your account
  • Service was unavailable for an extended period after purchase

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Credits that have been used are not eligible for refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your registered email address, transaction ID, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

4. Cancellation

Rubduck does not offer subscription plans at this time. All purchases are one-time credit pack transactions. You may stop using the service at any time; unused credits will remain in your account for future use.
