3. AI and Data Processing
Rubduck uses AI to power interview simulations and generate feedback. Your spoken responses are transcribed in real time using Deepgram. Interview transcripts and code submissions are sent to large language model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate feedback and conduct the interview. Code is executed in an isolated sandbox via Judge0. We do not use your personal data to train AI models without your explicit consent, and we do not share your data with these providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party providers required to operate the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Railway (hosting and infrastructure), Deepgram (speech-to-text transcription), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI models), and Judge0 (code execution sandbox). Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service and is bound by their own privacy and security policies.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
